Almost half of advertisers now “completely” or “mostly” trust AI adtech to make decisions about campaigns without human oversight — up from 25% last yr, based on a report from Advertiser Perceptions, a business intelligence provider.

Previously, advertisers “somewhat trusted” these ad technologies to make investment and optimization decisions without human involvement. 

Surprisingly, the variety of marketers willing to make use of AI-generated content if brand suitability may very well be verified dropped from 66% to 50%. This could also be because 68% agreed that AI-generated content may pull in content from original publisher sources without proper clearances or permissions.

  • AdCreative.ai launches video generation tool: This latest tool uses AI to investigate product photos and user prompts to create video content tailored for conversions. It considers brand guidelines and audience data for optimal impact.
  • Kaltura unveils Work Genie: This AI-powered tool creates personalized learning experiences for workers, using video snippets, podcasts, and interactive content based on individual needs.
  • WILBY.Ai introduces THINK1.Ai: This platform provides AI-powered translation and localization of video and audio content in over 160 languages, helping brands reach global audiences effectively.
  • Simpli.fi proclaims AI for programmatic promoting: Two latest AI tools are coming in January 2025. Autopilot AI simplifies campaign creation for beginners, while the Media Planner helps experienced buyers optimize complex strategies.
  • Hypelist unveils advanced personalization features: The app uses AI to recommend latest restaurants, books, or travel destinations based on a user’s past decisions and preferences.
  • Verint launches CX/EX scoring bot: This real-time AI tool analyzes customer and agent interactions to offer insights into customer experience and worker satisfaction.
  • MediaRadar introduces AI outreach author: This tool helps media sales and marketing teams personalize sales sequences and goal prospects with relevant promoting data.
  • Pantheon launches content publisher for Google Docs: This add-on uses Google AI to supply content summaries, search engine marketing suggestions, and advanced search functionality inside Google Docs.
  • Bridgeline Digital launches Smart Facets: This AI-powered tool robotically selects relevant options for users conducting natural language searches on web sites.
  • DAS Technology introduces AI engage messaging solution: This solution combines automated responses with live moderators to enhance communication between automobile dealers and customers throughout the automobile buying journey. 
  • Phrase enhances translation platform: New AI features allow for higher content adaptation and customization, helping brands deliver culturally relevant and personalized experiences.
