Earlier this month, the marketing and promoting world descended on the Penn District in Midtown Manhattan for the newest edition of Advertising Week New York. As usual, the confab was a busy 4 days marked by informative sessions, networking opportunities and a sponsored glad hour or two.
Marketing Dive was on the bottom on the conference, moderating panels, covering key sessions and meeting with marketing leaders. Top marketers from Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo and Molson Coors detailed what it really means to move on the speed of culture, while other execs dug into hot-button issues like values and inclusivity.
As expected, artificial intelligence was a key focus as marketers proceed to explore how to utilize the technology with regards to search marketing, campaign creation and data crunching. Plus, the conference’s first-ever Gaming Summit offered loads of insight on an emerging marketing channel.
